DIGITAL MEETS REAL

The global community of Shinsei Galverse regularly crosses through the digital barrier to real life with in-person events and parties. Galverse’s beating cultural heart is in Shibuya, Tokyo - the birthplace of Gal fashion and street culture, but we’re not afraid to travel the world for a good party either.

NFT NYC ‘22

To celebrate the launch of our project, we threw a wild neon party in the centre of New York City with our friends pplpleasr and Shibuya.xyz. Lightbox in Manhattan was lit up with galactic graphics and larger than life Gal characters.

DJs Maggie Love & Kevin Yoo brought the electric atmosphere. Did we mention the gacha machines and giveaways?

ETH GLOBAL TOKYO ‘23

April 2023. Galverse celebrated its one year anniversary from launch day + opening night of ETH Global Tokyo with our superstar friends from Lens Protocol.

Galaxy Gingakei in Shibuya came to life with laser displays from teamLab artist Takeshi flower installations from Tatsuki, gyaru style makeup + hair from Shiori and more. And in case you got hungry, we had freshly made dorayaki covered in Galverse and Lens logo art.

EXHIBITIONS + OTHERS

Beyond parties, Galverse has been featured in art exhibitions across the world. From Times Square, across Paris, and everywhere from the north to south of Japan.

And of course, on any given night, our community holds their own meetups and local events to catch up, make friends, and plan the future of anime together.
